What is the return policy?

Are the products washable?
Yes, items that are fully made from fabric (bunting, garlands, crowns) can be washed on a delicate cycle in the washing machine and hung to dry. After washing, give the item a press with your iron on a high steam setting.
For wands, party hats, and any other items that have other materials such as pom-poms or wooden dowels, spot treat with a damp cloth and stain remover if needed.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are lovingly handmade in Toronto, ON, Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
